In addition, by using our service, or services across partnered and unaffiliated websites, you are accepting the policies and practices described in this privacy policy. Information we Collect

We may collect both “non-personal information” and “personal information” about you. “non-personal information” includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. “personal information” includes information that can be used to personally identify you, such as your name, address and email address. I. WordPress

(a) Comments

When visitors leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

(b) Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

(c) Cookies

If you leave a comment on our website you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “remember me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

(d) Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

(e) Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

(f) How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

II. WooCommerce

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

(a) What We Collect and Store

While you visit our website, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our website.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example:

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

III. WooCommerce Multilingual

WooCommerce Multilingual will use cookies to understand the basket info when using languages in domains and to transfer data between the domains.

WooCommerce Multilingual will also use cookies to identify the language and currency of each customer’s order as well as the currency of the reports created by WooCommerce. WooCommerce Multilingual extends these reports by adding the currency’s information.

IV. WPML

WPML uses cookies to identify the visitor’s current language, the last visited language and the language of users who have logged in. While you use the plugin, WPML will share data regarding the website through installer. No data from the user itself will be shared.

V. Stripe

Stripe is operated by Stripe, Inc., the US parent company operating under US law, or Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (“SPEL”), an Irish company operating under Irish law, the data controller responsible for Personal Data collected and processed in relation to Stripe Services.

Stripe is a “data controller” and “data processor”. The “data controller” is the entity which determines the purposes and means of the data processing taking place. The “data processor” is an entity acting on behalf and under the instructions of a controller in processing personal data.

Stripe is a data controller when it determines the purposes and means of the processing taking place. These data processing activities include (1) providing the Stripe products and services, (2) monitoring, preventing and detecting fraudulent payment transactions and other fraudulent activity on the Stripe platform, (3) complying with legal or regulatory obligations applicable to the financial sector to which Stripe is subject, and (4) analysing, developing and improving Stripe’s products and services.

Stripe is a data processor where it is facilitating payment transactions on behalf of and at the direction of OXY Pty Ltd, AirBuddy. OXY Pty Ltd, AirBuddy directs Stripe to take payment from cardholders / end customers. Stripe is considered a processor when directed to process payments (i.e., Stripe receives instructions about whom to pay, how much to pay, when to pay).

VI. Zip Money

Zip Money is operated by Zip Co Limited (ACN 139 546 428), Australia. Zip collects personal information and credit information for the purpose of evaluation of credit eligibility, provision of financial products and services, managing the business relationship, direct marketing, etc.

VII. AirWallex

Airwallex is payment processor that acts as the data controller with respect to your information. The data controller responsible for your information under this Policy varies depending on your country of residence. In Australia, the responsible company is Airwallex Pty Limited, Australia.

Airwallex collects “personal information” that identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, payment card information, bank account information and any other data that is associated with your identity.

VIII. Xero

Xero is a cloud accounting software operated by Xero Limited, New Zealand and all its wholly owned subsidiaries. OXY Pty Ltd, AirBuddy uses Xero to prepare invoices and reconcile payments. Xero receives “personal data” we mean identifiable information about you, like your name, email, address, telephone number, bank account details, payment information, etc.

IX. Shipments

Information shared with shipping providers includes: first and last name, company name, street address, city, state, country, zip code, email, phone, parcel size, weight and content, invoice details and dangerous goods details in order to calculate the shipping rates and provide the shipping service.

X. YouTube

Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.

If you’re logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

XII. Google Web Fonts

XIII. ARForms

ARForms is a WordPress premium form builder plugin to create stylish and modern style form withing few clicks.

ARForms stores IP address and country of visitor. However, ARForms provide an option to prevent storing visitor data.

ARForms will not store any personal data except user_id (only if user is logged in), ip address, country, browser user_agent, referrer only when submit the form.

We store this data to provide the analytics of the visitor and the user who submit the form.

ARForms will also store the all type of data (this may contain personal data as well as subscribe user to third party opt-in like MailChimp, Aweber, etc) in the database which plugin user has included in the form. These data are editable as well as removable from form entry section of ARForms.

XIV. AutomateWoo

(a) How We Use Your Data

If you opt-in to receive marketing updates we may use your personal information to provide you with product updates or marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you. Personal data may also be used by our internal system to automate processes of our store.

We store a copy of your cart in our database for 60 days for the purpose of reminding you when your cart is abandoned.
